Rescue
Our current Rescue appliance is a Mazda T4000 CFA Medium type vehicle. This is the primary response vehicle for any rescue incident within our designated boundaries.
The tools on the Rescue that provide us with these capabilities include some of the following:
Hydraulic Equipment ("Jaws of Life")
- Cutters (up to 60 tons of cutting force)
- Spreaders (up to 30 tons of spreading force and 18 tons of crushing force)
- Combination Tool
- Multiple Ramming tools for spreading over large distances
- Vehicle Mounted, Portable and Manual Backup pumps to drive that above equipment
