Many of our brigade members have been working in many roles to assist in bringing the current bushfire threat under control. These roles are many varied from active fire fighting duties on the fire ground, to assisting in the Incident Control Center, to organizing and transporting replacement crews.

The brigade has received much support and donations from the community. This support is very much appreciated by the Wandin Fire Brigade, as well as all brigades involved in the current fire crisis.

For current information on the situation, please call the Victorian Bushfire Information Line (VBIL) on 1800 240 667. Information is also available on the CFA website: http://www.cfa.vic.gov.au
