Wandin fire brigade is a brigade of the Country Fire Authority in Victoria, Australia. Wandin is located approximately 50km East of Melbourne city in the popular wine region known as the Yarra Valley.
We have 3 active fire appliances used for responding to approximately 100 fire calls each year:
- Tanker (Hino 2.4D)
- Pumper (Mazda T4600 CFA Type II)
- Rescue (Mazda T4000 CFA Medium)
Wandin brigade is one of the relatively few CFA brigades across the state that provide Road Accident Rescue (RAR) as a primary response. Find out more on the Rescue page.
